Dynamic data within the Image element popup field

I'm not sure if this is an oversight or if you deliberately chose not to include this option, but I believe that the ability to use dynamic data in the Popup image field of the Image element is very important, especially when using images within a wrap or section with a query loop.

I was able to add this capability by modifying the theme-shortcodes.php file, but I believe you should officially include this feature :)
