how do I change the photo that populates on social media?

I've tried a few different places for "featured" images that I've found just poking around, but nothing has worked yet.

Where do I specify the automatically populated image that shows when my link is shared on social media?

Hi,

It is an Open Graph image that you can set globally for the entire website in Betheme -> Theme options -> SEO or in the Page/Post options.
