Icons disappear on some computers

First off, great theme! Love it! My client is having some issues on her end. She mentioned the icons on the home page won't show but when she clicks on another page and then goes back to the home page they reappear. I believe it's happened on a few of the computers she tested the site on. I saw it on her mac and basically the icons show as x marks. I'm guessing this May be an issue with using an out of date browser? All computers I tested this on display correctly. Wasn't sure is this is a known issue or if you have any fixes. The site is www.ss4hc.com/dltest. Any help is greatly appreciated. I can send a screen shot of the error if need be.

we have checked your site but we did not noticed disappearing icons. We checked on different computers and all is fine.
