can we use temporary domain for development website and when move to main domain with same license? For example we working on https://futurewebhub.com/ later we will move on https://vastatyba.lt

You can use the same license for a staging domain if it follows an appropriate pattern.

Or if it is a subdomain, but firstly, the license has to be assigned to the main domain.
