Cannot update to latest Betheme
Hello, I am unable to update to the latest version of BeTheme. I did a search and it said I might have an issue since I recently changed Domain names. Exact same site but just moved to a different domain name. Could I please have assistance with this? I can PM you my code and username.
Yes the theme was deactivated on the old site.

the error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

I had already deregistered the old site. I deregistered the new site and registered again and it worked. Thank you!
