Agree to terms Pop up

I am trying to create a pop-up like on this page: https://friedmanvartolo.com/sales/

This is the site I am working on: https://76cba89f99.nxcli.io/sales/

1. I currently have it built out for the most part as a template. How do I make it so that when someone clicks the button at the bottom it closes the popup?
2. Also is there a way to make a dark transparent color behind the popup like the first link?
3. Is there a way to add an X at the top of the popup so people can close it out?

Hi,

1) Add a button to your popup and in its options under the Functional button options, choose Close popup.

2) Open popup options, and there you will find the Overlay option.

3) Also, in the popup options, you can find options for the Close button.
