Is there a way to duplicate a mega menu template?

I am using one of the prebuilt sites as template, and need to copy or duplicate one of the mega menu templates to modify and adjust to other submenu items. Can this be done? Template duplication?

You can use the Export/Import feature or the YOAST Duplicate Post plugin.
If you choose the plugin, you must activate templates in the plugin settings.
It can be installed through Betheme -> Plugins.
