Paypal Integration

after updating the paypal function to the latest standards on my site:

there is now a paypal banner displayed on the home page - right under the header slider image - see screenshot, as well as under the cart button on the single product page.

Paypal claims that this is a problem of the built/theme on my site....

Please let me know, how I can remove the banner, as I don't wont to have paypal advertising on my site.

Thanks & regards,

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

  • Hi,

    the website is:

I did sent the link in my previous note above...>>> "after updating the paypal function to the latest standards on my site:"

The papal banner sits right below the header images slider in the left corner see screenshot.

  • Sorry, I do not know how I did not notice your link.

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at, and we will check what might be the reason.

  • The account you sent credentials to does not have admin rights.

    Please correct that.

  • Sorry, I changed it to admin.

  • There has to be some setting in the plugin. I switched to another theme, and the same message appeared on the home page.

You should contact the plugin author to know how to hide it.

  • Well paypal said, it's a theme based wordpress woo commerce issue....

I did contact them first, prior to contacting muffingroup support....

It's very frustrating that each party point the finger to another one, and I'm in between

    and can't solve the problem.

    Not very satisfiying.

  • I understand your frustration, and I am sorry, but as I showed in the screenshot, the same thing happens on another theme, which clearly shows it is not Betheme related issue.

Maybe this link will help you:

  • Hi,

    I contacted the wordpress support

The ask me to sent them the system support:

Select Get system report and then Download for Support

Where can I find this? Please provide me with detailed directions.

  • You should instead ask them what exactly they need.

Unfortunately, I do not know what you refer to, and if you ask, they will surely explain exactly what is necessary to provide the support.

    Best regards

  • This is what they wrote:

Can you please clarify which plugin you are using to enable PayPal Payments on your site?

Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status.

Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.

  • So, you should do the steps they described in their message.

    Best regards
