How to create a second sticky header navigation?

Hi, I want to have two navigation menus on my site one sticky to the top and another on the bottom of the page like this one:

I need to have both menus active all the time on desktop and on mobile devices, the bottom sticky menu is going to have quick access links for my site.

Any idea on how i can do this using betheme?

We do not have a feature that would allow to achieve that, unfortunately.

You would have to use some external plugin or custom HTML.
