Table of Contents Links Wrong Header

Hi, I created a single blog page template and put Toc element left of the wrap & make it sticky. Then use the Page Content element right of the wrap. Everything was working perfectly at start but then Toc linked the header that belongs under section. First header of content id was change with wrong header.

I would very glad if you help me about this situation.

Table of Contents element was not prepared to work in such a situation.
