Staging Site Theme Registration

Hello,

I am having issues with the staging site get registered when trying to use the theme code. i've deregistered and re-registered with no luck. As you can see in the image below i keep getting prompted to purchase a new license even though I've read the license policy here that a staging.site subdomain should work for this need.

Any assistance?

Please send us your license key, the WordPress dashboard to the staging domain, and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Hello, @Phil we use AWS for our hosting. What type of FTP access is needed? Specifically what dirs are you needing?
