Wordpress blank page when editing portfolio item

Hello there...

I am having this issues from months now. I kept updating the Theme and the WordPress version thinking that was a bug that can be fixed with the next up, but the problem still persist.

My Issue: When editing a portfolio item under the WordPress edit feature the page go blank. no response!, I can access the editing featured of the new BeBuilder but sadly i can not update or change the FEATURED IMAGE from the portfolio item through the BeBuilder.

Possible Solution: Can this be added to the editing featured under the page options section of the BeBuilder? or there is a work around this issue. I really don't want to downgrade the Be theme to the version where this was not an issue. I just want to change the thumbnail image for the portfolio!

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

  • The user you sent does not have admin rights, and I could not check anything.

    Also, the FTP leads to an empty catalog.

    Please correct that.

  • For some reason, your server cannot handle loading BeBuilder Blocks Admin. When we disabled it in Theme options, the portfolio edition loads correctly:

    Now, you can change the featured image. If you want to know why it did not load before when BeBuilder Blocks was enabled, you must contact your server administrator and ask to look at the server logs to see what is blocking that.
