Theme Pre-Made Demo made my site collapse

Currently, I am facing an issue with my website, which is hosted on Hostinger. Upon consulting their support team, they have affirmed that their system and the website are functioning correctly, barring potential conflicts arising from plugins or themes. Despite deactivating all plugins without resolution, I suspect that the imported theme demo may be the source of the problem. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

Thanks, but I already reset my website before you saw it. Now I imported the same demo again and it is a mess, it doesn't look like the pre-made demo.
Which demo did you install?
Did you reset the database while?

As I told you, the problem was importing this demo: https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme-store/
I tested other pre-build demos and imported that again and now is fine. Other issues that happened next are described in another discussion.
I have imported this demo to my environment, and it worked correctly, so I do not know what might be the reason why it did not work for you previously.
If you want us to take a look at this on your website, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, but we will have to reset the database.
