Deregister Theme not possible

We have order a new theme and we want to deregister the old productcode and add the new one.

But when we want to deregister, we get this message. (on domain: mostacon.nl)

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:

We hope you can help us to register our new productcode key on the webste.
