Header and responsive header don't work.

I've made a new website with the accountant4 theme. But the header doesn't seem to work properly and the responsive header ( smartphone doesn't work at all )

Am I doing something wrong ?

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I flushed the cache, i switched themes, and turned off my plugins, the issue is still the same. The link of the menu is a "#"

You probably did not disable all of the plugins.

I have disabled Speed Optimizer, and the menu works correctly.
