i've just renew support but when I go to Licence key verification, it returns "Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!"

Where did you receive this message? Can you attach a screenshot showing it, please?
Did you verify your support period on the Forum?:
I did exactly that and i Had the answer : Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!
Do you have more than one license? Did you try with different license keys?
