online, my site shows an old under construction page, but i can't see what i'm actually working on

in my browser, i see everything as i edit it. what i see in other browsers does NOT show that, only an old "under construction page" that i don't see, or can edit in my current browser.
it seems that the DNS is not taking me to the correct position, but i could be very wrong about that. i've cleared all browsers caches, but same issue exists.

It seems to be some caching. If you do not have any caching plugin installed, it most likely is some caching tool on your server.
Please contact your server administrator, and ask to disable all caching you have active.
Anyway, I do not see under construction, but a regular website:
