    Hi, thank you very much, infos were send, as you suggested.

  • It seems to be an issue with WPBakery itself. I have activated another theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) for the test, and the same thing happens there.

    In that case, you should contact the WPBakery support instead.

    Best regards

    Hi,

    Since we bought the WPBakery originally witht the this and not directly, we need the support also directly form you. Please be so kind and check again, based on the detailed information above.

    Additional info, that the problem is visible only on pages, wich has simple domain.hu/ something type of domains, example:

    https://stat-x.hu/cegunkrol/

    https://stat-x.hu/kompetenciakozpont/

    The other pages an their editing work fine.

    Thank you very much-

  • Sorry, but we cannot take responsibility for plugins that are not ours. As I showed you in the screenshot, the issue does not come from Betheme or incompatibility between Betheme and WPBakery but from WPBakery directly.

    Also, we cannot make modifications in plugins that are not ours because:

    a) as we are not authors of the plugin, we cannot be sure that our correction would not break anything else;

    b) we do not know what modifications in future updates of the plugin will proceed, which also leads to potential issues and unwanted behaviors.

    As the root cause is placed directly in the plugin, you must contact the plugin author regarding this.

    I hope that you understand.

    Best regards
