Disabling side cart does not make button in header to open Cart page

Hi, after disabling side cart from settings, this does not make the header cart button to open Cart page (it's assigned in settings), but instead does nothing when clicked. How can I fix this?

Hello,

Please turn off all of the plugins except WooCommerce, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.
