Logo not changing on Cosmetics theme

I have installed Cosmetics3 on my site and am trying to change the logo however it just does not change. It still shows the original logo that came with the template.

I have tried through the BeTheme dashboard and through the template appearance, both show my logo however on the main page the logo is not displayed.

I am not sure what else to do here.

This demo uses a Header Builder, and the logo can be changed in the header template.
