Template update problem
Good morning,
I have a problem with the template, it is currently in version: 26.7.3.1 There is an error while updating and the template does not want to update. I lost access to the account where the template was previously purchased, it is possible that the person who created the store disconnected the license from my store. So I purchased the template anew, how can I replace the license in my store with the new one? Should this help with updating the template?

Hi,
You can deregister/register the license key through Betheme -> Dashboard.
When you register it, I suggest updating Betheme to the newest version and checking if the problem persists.
