loading of video backgrounds on mobile devices

For this option in page options if 

'Background | Video HTML5' is set and the option for 'Responsive Visibility' is set for mobile,

May I know if the background for the video will be loaded for mobile? If so, is there any way to prevent the video from loading in the first place?

also, for the video background, can there be controls for the video as well? Thank you!

Hi,

background videos does not work on mobile devices because such small devices are not compatible with this feature. And because this is background video, it is not possible to activate any video controls.

Yes, exactly. Mobile devices are not compatible with background videos. But if you have background image set up for this section, on mobile devices will appear background image instead of video which is not working.
