Make header transparent and remove margin

I'm trying to recreate a header that i did before but im unable to copy it i tried exporting it but when importing it, it doesnt recreate it correctly. The first image is how I want it to look, the second is how its currently looking i cant seem to copy it. What settings should i set? thank you
