Missed content on sites and not working builder

Hi i got strange problem after updating webpage. Most of sites lost data and content (are empty) and also there is no possibility to create new one because the bebuilder editor is not response when it's in editor mode.

The only option is to restore the website backup and stop the update, but I guess that's not the point (i done this twice)

Any idea?
