Regenerate Thumbnails does not work

Hello.

When I do Regenerate Thumbnails, I get stuck in the 1%. I have almost 3000 images on the website, but it doesn't even reach 2%...

Right now I have thumbnails with different sizes and I need to correct that. Can you help me?
