Cannot select background image to change

Hi,

I would like to know how i can change this dragon image with something else from the first page.

And also so that i don't open another ticket, i would like to know why the policy cookie link is on top of the logo? I use the logo in the middle layout.

1) The dragon image is a section background set in deprecated settings.

2) It is a Subheader, and you can hide it in page options:

Or globally for the whole website in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader.
