subheader_image like featured_image

hello.

so i built a custom subheader with {featured_image} as background image. works nice.

now i need my custom subheader but working again with the subheader image set in the page options. is there some kind of shortcode/placeholder like {featured_image} but working with subheader image? like {subheader_image}? is there a page with all those placeholders?

nice. but it does not work with the global fallback image, as far as i can see at the moment. how can i use this like the "normal" subheader image with global subheader fallback image?
