TRANSLATE SINGLE STRING

I have translated my whole shop with the BeTheme German file. However, I need to change the text in my sidecart. The Cart in the header did not translate at all - I want it to say Warenkorb. And instead of Dein Warenkorb ist gegenwärtig leer. I want it to say Dein Warenkorb ist leer. How can I do this?
