Hi,

Our website receives an error "This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area."

We used to be able to edit pages with WP Bakery.

Help appreciated.

Please edit your page, go to Page Options, and ensure that you do not have The content option set to Hide.

We are using Classic Editor and I can't see a Page Options option

Even with the Classic Editor, Page Options should be visible.

Please check if you do not have them hidden (triangle button on the right).

Also, ensure that you have them enabled in the Screen Options:
