The page theme options is not visible

Hello, when I click on theme option from the betheme menu the page is empty,

As you can see on the screenshot the page has the upper menù but all the options are not visible anymore.

How can i Sove the problem?

Hello,

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
