Issues with the Be Consultant3 Header/Menu section

Hello, I've installed the Be Consulant3 theme but as you will see, (and it's probably something I've done wrong) it's not appearing per the actual theme template as you'll note with the screenshot (attached)

I've used wordpress for years even though doing this is not my 'job' as I work in public relations but would really like step by step instructions on how I can create the same look as the actual Be Consultant3 template, specifically the header-menu section'.
