Change footer margin-bottom

Hello Be-Team,

currently I'm working on a website with a blue footer. I would like to place an image 1px above that footer.

After setting a new line/column in Visual Composer with a picture, there is a general margin-bottom for that line/column.

I can't set the margin to 1px without getting in trouble with other lines/columns.
