Hello,

I'm trying to fix some issues with my current website and really appreciate some assistance as I'm a beginner.

To give you a background of the issue: The person who helped me design/install the BeTheme can't help me anymore. He used a ready template by BeTheme and completed my website at that time. I tried to modify a few things yesterday to update it and realised that the ''Offer Silder Thumb'' Stopped showing.

I purchased a new BeTheme License to be able to ask for support here.

I would be grateful if anyone can be kind enough and explain how I can fix it in simple English.

I checked your website, and the offer slider works correctly.

Did you handle this in the meantime, or are there any extra steps to reproduce this issue?
