Not Seeing All Positioning Options
As you can see in the screen captures, I am not seeing the Advanced>Positiong option that are in the video you linked me to for the burger menu and custom mobile header.
Can you tell me how I see these?

Positioning options are for sections or wraps.

That was the problem. I was on an element, not a section or wrap!
