When editing a page with BeBuilder, I am unable to add Pre-Built sections to the page

Actually, issue came back after some time. I am again unable to add pre-built sections. Looks like issue started again after updating wordpress address url setting. Any ideas what might be going on?
Took a look at a few posts and came across this discussion:
After following the steps to deregister the license ket from the old domain and registered the new domain looks like its working now.
So now, pre-built sections import correctly?
