Can't add plugins

I tried to install new plugins for https://precisionlapidaries.com/ website. But it shows 403 forbidden error. I tried disabled plugins checked but it doesn't work.

Where did you try to install it? Betheme -> Plugins or Plugins tab?

Can you attach a screenshot showing that message, please?

I tried using the plugin tab.

Please check if the same thing happens when you switch to another theme, like Twenty Twenty.

I have deleted the unwanted theme from my website

but issue was same

If the issue persists with another theme, it means that it is not related to Betheme.

It might mean that WordPress was not installed properly, and in that case, you can try to reinstall it, or it could be caused by your server, and with that, you must contact your hosting provider.
