Hover text color on Recent Posts in footer widget

I have a recent posts widget in my footer. Looks great, but when I hover over it, the text and background change to colors that don't contrast enough. Where do I control the hover text color on the recent posts widget element?

Hi,

you can control this text color with below css code:

#Footer .widget_recent_entries ul li a { color: #FFF !important; }

Thank you but is it possible to only change the color of the hover text? I liked the original text gray and would like the hover text color to be white.
