Sorry, but I quite do not understand. On the first screenshot, you show Slider Revolution, but on the second you show testimonials.

I am a little confused. Can you explain your issue in more detail, please?

You are checking the wrong width. The screenshot with your issue shows an 810px width, but the Slider Revolution tablet width starts below 777px.

What you must edit and adjust is the Notebook width.
