How do I get the sticky menu and mobile menu to be the same as the main menu for the site

I have tried to follow the instructions but the section mentioned is greyed out and not selectable

How do I make the mobile menu and sticky scrollable menu the same as the main menu?

Hi,

If the options are grayed out, you should notice at the top that your website uses the header template made with the Header Builder.

You must edit the header template and disable the sticky header (if it is active), and change the position to fixed.
