white screen next to the menu

Dear Betheme team,

Unfortunately I only see a white screen next to the menu in the theme options. I can't change anything. The problem has existed since a theme update. I've already tried reinstalling Betheme. That didn't bring any success. No errors are displayed in the system status. Deactivating all plugins didn't work either.

I hope you can help me. The problem affects four websites (all with the same technical components).
