yes, it is possible. for that you must use layouts configurator feature. You can increase logo of course as well. But we need url to site where you want to do this to tell you how.

I would like to increase the logo size for the below url:

Is it possible to place a custom background instead of the default blue one on the left "creative always open" menu??

To increase logo on this site, please use below css:

#Top_bar #logo { height: 90px !important; }

But to change background color of creative header, please use below css:

#Header .top_bar_left, .header-classic #Top_bar, .header-plain #Top_bar, .header-stack #Top_bar, .header-split #Top_bar, .header-fixed #Top_bar, .header-below #Top_bar, #Header_creative, #Top_bar #menu { background-color: #000 !important; }
