Cant edit any templates
We have had this issue before so we decided to start from scratch and after installing the pre-built website we still see that we are not able to edit any of the templates. Can anyone please let us know what we can do to get this issue resolved?

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

In case anyone have the same problem, in this case .htaccess file was empty. Someone have cleared this file and that's why nothing worked.
