how does this part work ? how to configure the fields and the button link?

Hi,

It works like any other contact form made with Contact Form 7.

If you want to change its fields, you need to edit this contact form:

If you want to adjust its appearance, you can do it through Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Forms, or by using recently added element Contact Form 7.
