I can't customize the page layout

Can you describe your problem in more detail, please?
It is always good to attach link to your website, and screenshots showing what you refer to.
Regarding "support on the forum", I can see that it is your first discussion, and despite that you only have one comment.
We send answers three times a day at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM from Monday to Friday. We are located in central Europe.
