Pb theme Installation

Hi, we try to install a pre built website but it doesn't work. The installation blocks at 88%

Wordpress version : 6.4.2

Be Theme Version : 27.3.3

Could you explain us why it doesn't work?

The reason why prebuilt websites won't import are permissions for wp-uploads folder. Your host don't allow you upload files into /wp-uploads/ folder. You should contact your host and tell them to resolve this issue as right now your host is not wp ready.
