Trying to add HTML element, just a spinner in the list

Hi,

Long time BeTheme user with many licences here but by no means an expert!

I am trying to add an HTML element to my build (original Classic BeBuilder) but the element just has a spinner on it and will not add to the wrap, no matter what I do, so cannot add the element!

Any ideas please?
