I inserted iframe and in desktop works perfectly.
But on mobile the scroll down is bugged, I need to scroll down on borders to make it work.

this is how iframe works and it has absolutely nothing to with the theme. Nevertheless, you can try this solution https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43262156/cant-scroll-iframe-on-mobile-ios-safari as it might help you with what you need.
