Responsive Visibility and Mobile...

So I have a bunch of sections that I only want visible on mobile. So I go to Responsive Visibility and turn off Desktop, Laptop and Tablet (image 1). When I click off the section and go back though, it has re-enabled the Tablet (image 2).

Is this by design or is this a bug? I really only want this elements showing on mobile.

    No, this is not "by design". We have just tried to replicate same thing on our end but we can't.
