Video only runs very briefly

A video should run in this header. Since the page is online, I am working on this page to try it out:
I am trying to install a video with RevolutionSlider. It is 46 MB in size and runs for 1:45 min. but stops after 3 seconds. The file has been fully uploaded to the media library.
This is what slider revolution looks like.

do you have the most recent version of Slider Revolution? If not, please update it. Also, please disable all 3rd party plugins to check if any of them doesn't impact the video.
P.S. In my opinion, 46MB is definitely too much for website. Your site would be very slow.

I have all plugins and the theme in the latest version. I have deactivated all external plugins, but the video still hangs.
Yes, the video is very large, but the customer had it specially made and would like to see it on his website. Is there any way to get it to run properly anyway? The customer says that the videos also run on other websites. I hope you can help.
