[Bug] short section menu issue
You cannot access menu items on a short section if the menu items are outside the section. Menu disappears.

.gif you sent above is not animated but static image.
BTW Did you tried to use NAVIGATOR? In some cases it's huge lifesaver. I have explained it in the following short.
